Devoted to Youth

The READY Program is a grant funded after school expanded learning program that provides students with wonderful enriching activities that are fun and engaging. Students will be provided nutritional snacks, recreation, enrichment, academics and assistance with homework, all at zero cost to parents!
 
If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) in the READY Program, you may pick up a registration packet at your school office, or complete an application online after April 11, 2023 for the 2023-2024 school year.

When does registration for the 2023-2024 school year begin?

Lottery selection registration will begin April 11, 2023 through April 24, 2023. Applications received after April 24, 2023 will be placed on the waitlist in the order received.

My student was in READY last year, do I have to fill out a new application for this year? Don’t we automatically get in again?

You must fill out an application every year.  You are not guaranteed a spot this year; participation is lottery based to ensure fair and equal opportunity.

My child will be in Kindergarten next year, how do I get them in?

Please complete a READY application for your child’s intended school, our office will confirm enrollment before the start of the year.

I live in (home school area), but we applied for Jefferson, (or a transfer to another school), how do I apply?

You will need to fill out an application, at the top mark your student’s homeschool and designate the requested school under “I have requested a transfer to another site as per the district’s enrollment policy”. Should your child be selected via lottery, we will hold your position at both schools until your attendance is confirmed.

When will we find out if we got in???

Program rosters for each school will be posted in the public access area of your school office prior to the start of the 2023-2024 school year.
